CRAVE NW at Spokane Valley, the Inland Northwest’s premier food and drink celebration will be held July 11-13, 2024 at Spokane Valley CenterPlace.

Presented by the City of Spokane Valley, CRAVE! NW is the largest culinary event in the Spokane area, dedicated to uplifting the culinary scene in the Northwest. This year the 3-day food festival is chef-focused, showcasing the creative talents of visionary chefs and tastemakers from around the region while highlighting the flavors of the great Northwest.

Crave! is mouthwatering with delicious food from fish & meat over open flame, homemade ice creams, baked goods, seafood dishes, vegetarian dishes, ethnic foods, local produce inspired foods, and one-bite tasters. It’s Drinkalicious, Crave! will feature each night a selection of beer, wine, spirits, & cider from regional tastemakers.

Thursday, July 11 — Comfort Food Hoedown Showdown

Thursday night is our comfort food showdown featuring modern versions of down home cooking with our chef's putting on their own twist to compete to be the best of the best. Also be on the look out for square dancing, line dances, and cowboy hats during our country themed dinner with live music. This will be a night to be remembered!

Friday, July 12 — Foods from Around the World 

Friday night highlights Food from around the World and a Carnivale festival of wonders to capture your imagination. You will be entertained with live music and taste some of the best food from regional & national chefs in addition to amazing beer, cider, and wine from our region!

Saturday, July 13 — Fire & Smoke — 6-9PM 

This night is a culinary adventure of smoke and fired foods from amazing national and regional chefs! Add live music, beer, cider, and wine and you will be delighted!
